Do I keep my customers' data?
Yes. Every customer who orders is saved with their orders and total spend, and you can export the list to Excel. Your customers' data is yours and is not shared with anyone.
Are there loyalty points?
Yes. Set points per currency unit, what points are worth when redeemed, when they expire, and welcome points for new customers.
Can I run offers and coupons?
Yes: percentage or fixed offers on items or categories with schedules, coupons with usage limits, and a pop-up the customer sees when opening the menu.
What are "suggestions with the order"?
When a customer adds an item, the menu suggests things that go with it (like a drink with a sandwich), which raises the average bill.
Can customers review me?
Yes, one review per completed order. You choose to publish or hide, you can reply, and published reviews show on your menu.
Can my place appear on SofraFlow Eat?
Yes, eat.sofraflow.com shows selected places in one app for customers, and orders go straight to your place with no commission.
