Is my data safe?
Yes. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), each place's data is fully isolated from everyone else's, and there are daily backups.
What if the internet goes down?
The system is online, so it needs internet. Any normal connection or mobile data is enough because it is light, and orders are saved and never lost.
Can I export my data?
Yes, export the menu, customers, orders and reports to Excel, CSV or PDF any time.
What if I need help?
Every dashboard page has a help button: WhatsApp straight to our team, send a question with a screenshot, and a learning centre with guides for every part.
