Is there a cashier for dine-in and takeaway?
Yes, a fast cashier on any device that takes dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders together with online orders on one screen.
What is the kitchen screen?
A tablet or TV in the kitchen showing orders as tickets with each order's time and the customer's notes clearly visible; the cook marks an order ready with one tap.
Does it print on a receipt printer?
Yes, on any 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printer or A4: invoice, kitchen ticket, delivery receipt. The kitchen device can print every order automatically.
Can I add staff with different permissions?
Yes: manager, cashier, kitchen, waiter, driver… each sees only what concerns them, and you can limit each person to their branch.
How do drivers work?
Each driver has an account showing only their deliveries; the cashier assigns orders and settles cash with each driver. There are per-driver reports: deliveries, time on the road, on-time rate, and Excel export.
What if I have more than one branch?
Each branch has its own address, hours, delivery zones and staff, and you see reports per branch or all together.
Are there sales and expense reports?
Yes: sales, best sellers, payment methods, busy hours, expenses and net profit, with Excel and PDF export.
