What exactly is SofraFlow?
One system for your business: a QR digital menu, an online ordering site under your name, a cashier, a kitchen screen, tables, drivers, customers and loyalty points, and reports. All in the browser, no software to install.
Do I need to code or buy a device?
No. Everything runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or computer you already have, and you print the QR code on any paper or sticker.
How long does it take to start?
Signing up takes two minutes, and you add your items by hand or import them from an Excel file in one go. Most places are ready the same day.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. There is a free plan for the menu with no time limit, and paid plans come with a 14-day trial. You can also open the demo stores on the home page and see everything working.
Is the site under my name?
Yes. Every place gets its own link (yourname.sofraflow.com) with your logo and colours, and on the Business plan you can connect your own domain.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They open the menu straight from the QR code or the link. If they like, they can install it on their phone as an app with your icon, without an app store.
Is it only for restaurants?
No. It works for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and dessert shops, cloud kitchens, food trucks and juice bars, and for supermarkets and pharmacies as an online ordering store.
