Does it work for pharmacies?
Yes, as an online ordering store for pharmacy products: skin and personal care, baby care, supplements, medical supplies, and medicines that may be sold without a prescription.
What about prescription medicines?
There is no prescription upload inside the order yet. Customers send a photo of the prescription to the pharmacy's WhatsApp from the WhatsApp button on the page, and the pharmacist reviews it and enters the order at the cashier.
Who is responsible for the rules on selling medicines?
The pharmacy. SofraFlow is a tool to show products and receive orders; the pharmacist decides what is listed and sold and reviews every order before accepting it.
Can I work 24 hours?
Yes, set each branch's hours, including 24 hours, and customers see whether the branch is open now.
Can products have Arabic and English names?
Yes, every product has a name and description in Arabic and English, and search finds it in both.
I have several branches, can customers order from the nearest?
Customers choose the branch, and each branch has its own delivery zones, staff and orders.
